ROLLING PRAIRIE - Judith Gatz, 69, Rolling Prairie, Indiana, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017, at 8:37 am in Life Care Center of Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm, CST, Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at St. John Kanty Catholic Church, 600 E & 700 N., Rolling Prairie, Indiana, with Rev. Michael Heimer officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Kanty Cemetery, Rolling Prairie, Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana 46360. She was born February 18, 1948, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Aloysius and Modesta (Bent) Kolobuchowski. On June 26, 1971, in Michigan City, Indiana, she married Richard Gatz, who survives, Rolling Prairie, Indiana. Also surviving are sister, Dianne Herbig of Omaha, Nebraska; niece, Amy Konz of Merrilliville, Indiana; two nephews, Sean Moldenhauer of Westville, Indiana, Andrew Herbig of Omaha, Nebraska; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph (Melodie) Gatz of Michigan City, Indiana. She was preceded in death by sister, Joan Moldenhauer; two brothers-in-law, Donald Moldenhauer, Ted Herbig; father and mother-in-law, Richard (Bernadine) Gatz.
