Harriet Morozowski
South Bend -- Harriet Morozowski, 78, of 1814 Western Ave., died about 8:10 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Morozowski retired 1n 1952 from Singer Manufacturing Co. She was born May 1 1911 in South Bend and was a lifetime area resident. On Aug. 19, 1935, in South Bend, as Harriet Karnafel, she married Paul Morozowski. He survives, along with a son, Daniel of South Bend; two grandchildren; and a brother, Joseph Karnafel of South Bend. She was a member of the Rosary Sodality and Sisters Auxiliary, both of St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Published in the South Bend Tribune; Tuesday, Feb. 28, 1990.
