Leon Wroblewski, 91, 514 N. College St., died in his home at 9 am Saturday after an illness of one week. He was born in Poland, Feb. 17, 1867, and had lived in South Bend 14 years coming here from New Carlisle. Mr. Wroblewski was a retired former. His wife, Bronislawa, whom he married 65 years ago, survives. Other survivors are a son, Alex of South Bend; three daughters, Mrs. Stella Urgonski, Mrs. Josephine Kaminski and Mrs. Marie Chrobot, all of South Bend; eight grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Bernice Ginter of North Liberty. Friends may call after 4 pm Sunday in the Kaniewski and Son Chapel. Burial will be a 9 am Tuesday in St. Stanislaus Catholic church with Rev. Sigmund A. Jankowski, CSC, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Mr. Wroblewski was a member of St. Stanislaus Society. Members of the society will recite the rosary at 7:30 pm today and Monday in the chapel.
