MISHAWAKA - Martin G. “Matt” Prikosovich, 91, passed away at 7:04 am Sunday, December 13, 2015 in Caring Junction. Martin was born on September 16, 1924 in South Bend to Martin and Anna (Szabo) Prikosovich. Matt was the owner of Matt's Antenna Service. He was a World War II Army veteran and then enlisted in the Navy. He also was a member of the VFW 360 and American Legion 365. On November 11, 1950 he married Gertrude Czuk. She died on August 8, 2009. Surviving are a sister, Anne (Vic) Kuzmic of Granger, numerous nieces and nephews including his caregiver, Dennis (Rose Ann) Janowiak. The family would like to extend special thanks to Cary, Risa, Jillian, Kim and the staff at Caring Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm Thursday, December 17, 2015 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 am until services in the church. Zahoran Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Southerncare Hospice.
