Kathleen Lenore Runyan, 97, was called home to Heaven on Friday. Katie was born and grew up on a farm during the great depression. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward and a son, Edward. Survivors include son, David (Linda) Runyan, grandchildren; Nicole, David, Lee and Larry and great-grandchildren, Lauren, Grace, Madi and Hannah. She started her day with the Bible and enjoyed sewing, knitting and cooking. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 pm Tuesday at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend. Services will be at 11 am Wednesday in the Funeral Home. She will be missed!
