SOUTH BEND - Beverly Lynn Lipowski, 64, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2011. She was born August 2, 1947, in Bloomington, Indiana, to Norris and Geniva (Jones) Crismore. Beverly had been employed with the South Bend Credit Bureau for many years, and had been a leasing agent with Bercado Shores in Mishawaka. She held a real estate brokers license. On August 22, 1998, Beverly married Lonnie Lipowski, who survives. Surviving with her husband are her children, Kimberly Boyer of Goshen, Indiana, Karyn (Douglas) Delio of Elkhart, Indiana, Kevin (Amber) Whetham of Granger, Indiana; a stepson, Lee Lipowski of Angola, Indiana; grandchildren, Blake, Bryce and Brooke Boyer, Lynnsey and William Delio; a step-granddaughter, Courtney Lipowski; a sister, Annette (Doug) Mendola of Wilmington, North Carolina; a brother, Kent (Peg) Crismore of Plymouth, Michigan; and her stepmother, Jan Crismore of Seneca, South Carolina. Beverly was a Riley High School graduate. A memorial service will held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2011, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N.
