SOUTH BEND - Lillian Bokon Grzezinski, 83, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, passed away on July 3, 2017, after a long struggle with leukemia. She was born December 11, 1933, to the late Joseph and Mary (Horvath) Bokon in South Bend, IN. Lillian is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Joe; sister, Irene; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two children. Visitation will be from 2 - 5 pm at Leppert Mortuary - Nora Chapel, on Friday, July 7th. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 8th, at 11:00 am in St. Luke Catholic Church, with a brief visitation there at 10:00 am until time of Mass. Interment follows at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Luke Catholic Church, Little Sisters of the Poor, or to Miracle Place in Indianapolis.
