MISHAWAKA - Pamela A. Scheibelhut, 58, of Mishawaka, passed away on October 18th in her residence, with her loving husband at her side. Pamela was born in Niles Michigan on May 30, 1959 to Robert and Carolyn (Freeze) Geik. She was a registered nurse, graduating from Southwestern Michigan College and previously worked at the Madison Center of South Bend, Osteopathic Hospital in South Bend and OSMC of Elkhart. On August 28, 1982, she married the love of her life, Thomas Scheibelhut in Niles, Michigan. Pam loved to read, buy jewelry, and traveling with her husband. She also loved to collect Angels. Pam is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Scheibelhut of Mishawaka, and her son, Cory (Gloria Jefferies) Scheibelhut. She is also survived by her mother, Carolyn Geik of Niles, Michigan and her sister, Traci (John) Griesinger of Niles, along with nephews, Matthew and Ryan Griesinger both of Niles. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Geik. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, October 22nd from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. A service celebrating Pam's life will be held at 4:00 PM in the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made in Pam's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
