Osceola, IN-Daniel L. Riffle II, 48, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021. Dan was born on September 28, 1972, in South Bend to Daniel and Teresa (Clayton) Riffle. On August 29, 2009, he married the former Charity Zinkie who survives. Also surviving is his mother, Teresa; sons, Daniel III, Zachary (Steffanie), Nathan, Brandon (Jordan) and Dylan Riffle; grandchildren, Easton, Piper, Brooks, and Eathann; and his brother, Joseph (Lisa) Riffle; and 3 nieces. Dan is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Riffle and grandson, Cooper. Dan graduated from Mishawaka High School, Class of 1991 where he played football and baseball. He worked at Lozier as a Lead Press Operator. He was a huge Indiana University and Dallas Cowboy fan. He loved to attend IU games and rooting for the Hoosiers. Dan was a huge family man. He enjoyed cooking for them and his friends. He was also an avid beer connoisseur. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
