[N22187] Delphine Annie Yeakel, age 88, died December 25, 2012. She was born August 26, 1924 to Fred Milewski and Anna Borosh in South Bend, Indiana. She married Russell K. Yeakel in 1942. She will be missed by a daughter, Jo Richmond, two granddaughters, Sherry Richmond and Debbie Rego, a great granddaughter Marissa Richmond, a brother Frederick Bud Milewski, a sister Carol Norris and nieces and nephews and a very special friend Paul Farley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and son Kenneth P. Yeakel, grandson Brian K. Yeakel, step father Albert Norris, sister Rosemary Weaver Smith. Annie started her career in nursing at Memorial Hospital in South Bend and went on to become a Physical Therapist at the South Bend Clinic. She retired from Stryker Corporation in Kalamazoo Michigan. Cremation has taken place. Interment at East Hickory Corners Cemetery. A memorial will take place Friday January 4th from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the Hickory Corners Bible Church. Arrangements by
