SOUTH BEND -- Alexander Garbacz, 84, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Darcy Hall Nursing Home, West Palm Beach. Survivors include two daughters, Nina J. Walden of LaPorte and Anne Glick of Michigan City; four sons, Gary of Oklahoma City, Tom of Anna Marie, Fla., and Daniel and William, both of Michigan City; a sister, Anne George of North Palm Beach, Fla.; and two brothers, Nicholas and Michael, both of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Highland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Zahoran Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
