MISHAWAKA - Consetta “Connie” A. Bilancio, 89, of Mishawaka, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017, in Kindred Valley View, Elkhart. Connie was born April 6, 1927 in Mishawaka, a daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth (Perri) Perri. She spent her entire life in Mishawaka. Connie was primarily a homemaker. Her outside employment included as an elevator operator at Robertson's Department Store and also working at Trinetics. Connie was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church in Mishawaka and also the DiLoreto Society. She volunteered at the Battell Center where she enjoyed making crafts. Connie married Vincent A. Bilancio on November 5, 1949 and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by all her siblings: five sisters, Minnie Sencrie, Catherine DeSimone Eslinger, Mary Marando, Grace Baldoni and Anna Zirille; and three brothers, Frank, Dominic and Patrick Perri. Connie's surviving family includes her four children, Dan Bilancio of Mishawaka, Toni (Bruce Stuart) Bilancio of Mishawaka, Vincent J. (Yoko) Bilancio of Mishawaka and Joe (Reid Dudley) Bilancio of Washington D.C.; two grandchildren, Aaron Wolford and Hana Coko Bilancio; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 am in St. Monica Catholic Church, 222 W. Mishawaka Ave., Mishawaka, with Rev. Jacob Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Friends may spend time with Connie's family Wednesday from 4 - 8 pm in Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, 503 W. 3rd Street, Mishawaka, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm. Visitation is also Thursday from 9-10 am in the church.Memorials are suggested to Heartland Hospice, 230 W. Catalpa Drive, Suite D, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
