SOUTH BEND - Judith Borkowski, 64, died at 8:02 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her children, Beth Borkowski of South Bend and Michael (Stacey) Borkowski of Colorado Springs, CO; and brothers, Ken Singleton of North Liberty and Lloyd "Dude" Singleton of LaPorte. Services will be at 5 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Condolences may be sent to www.sjfh.net.

SOUTH BEND - Judith Borkowski, 64, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 26 at 8:02 p.m. in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.' Judith was born April 26, 1943, in North Liberty, IN, to the late Lloyd and Irene (Awald) Singleton, On January 9, 1965, she married Clem Borkowski; he preceded her in death on January 16, 2006. She is survived by her two children, Beth Borkowski of South Bend and Michael (Stacey) Borkowski of Colorado Springs, CO; four grandchildren, Benjamin Borkowski, Maddison Borek, Zoey Borkowski and Haley Borkowski; and two brothers, Ken Singleton of North Liberty and Lloyd "Dude" Singleton of LaPorte. Judy worked as a bus driver for the South Bend School Corporation for 26 years. She enjoyed summer days with her friends fishing and camping. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday, March 31 at 5 p.m. in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend. Rev. Erv Mize will be officiating. Cremation will take place. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South bend, IN 46637.
