James E. Maddox, 52, of 58409 Hilly Lane died at 11.53 am Friday July 3 at his home following a six month bout with Cancer. He was born Oct 2 1945 in Lawton, OK. He married Cindy Metzler July 7 1972, in Elkhart.; She survives with a son, Kenneth of Barnsville, GA, two daughters Sherry Yoemans of Centerville GA and Jennifer Maddox of Elkhart; five grandchildren, his Mother Louise (Cole) Maddox of College Park, GA; seven sisters and a brother.

Mr Maddox moved to Elkhart from Atlanta GA, 27 years ago. He worked as a recreational vehicle display person for Exhibiteam in Elkhart. Hewas a member of Big Brothers & Sisters and the Holiday Rambler RV club. Heserved in the Army during the Viet Nam conflict.
