SOUTH BEND - James J. Kiska, 69, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013, in Hospice House. Jim was born October 11, 1943, in South Bend, to the late Louis & Lottie Kiska. Jim was also preceded in death by his brother, Richie Nowak; sisters, Mary Ann Kiska & Dolly DeRuyck; and by his father-in-law, Benny Wroblewski. On August 14, 1965, he married Linda Kiska, she survives along with their children, Ricky (Karen) Kiska of South Bend, David (Emily) Kiska of South Bend & Tina (Jeff) Roberts of Bristol, IN; grandchildren, Airic Hurley of Bristol, IN, Joshua Hurley, Anthony Roberts and Sarah Roberts, all of Bristol, IN; brothers, Greg (Debbie) Kiska of Mishawaka and Donnie (Linda) Nowak of South Bend; sister, Lorraine (Ron) Cress of MI; & his mother-in-law, Emma Wroblewski of South Bend. He is also survived by 7 step-grandsons & 6 step-great-granddaughters. Jim worked for Mastic Corporation for 25 years. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Jim enjoyed remodeling projects, and liked classic cars and watching The Price is Right. He loved his Dalmatian, Lady. Visitation for Jim will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, June 3, 2013, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church.
