MISHAWAKA - Lois J. Callander, 85, passed away early Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Lois was born on January 5, 1932 in South Bend to Edgar and Erma (Brownlee) Hoctel. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Michael Callander. On May 31, 1952 in South Bend she married Forrest C. Callander Jr. He preceded her in death on August 31, 2014. Surviving are a daughter, Heather Anderson of Mishawaka; stepson, Steve (Sherry) Callander of Valley Springs, CA; three grandchildren, Robert, Blake and Ariana; three great grandchildren, Brynn, Natalie and Breanna and a sister, Thelma Lemanski. Funeral service will be on Friday, December 29 at 1:30 p.m. with visitation two hours prior, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.
