Born 7 Dec 1892 in Poznan Poland and lived in So Bend for more than 50 years having come from Pennsylvania; died 15 Dec 1979, age 87 of 325 S Falcon, died at 11:15 a.m. Saturday in St Joseph Hospital in Mishwaka following a brief illness. Services at St Adalbert's Catholic Church; burial in St Joseph Cemetery. In 1913 in Poland, she married Telesfore Czerniak who died 4 Jan 1947. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs Jane Badowski, Mrs Martha Swigart and Mrs Aurelia Nowacki; a son, Sigmund of Winter Haven Fla; 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren
